The Pit Master
Gary Parker believes barbecue is community. He and the BBQ2U crew host free senior bingo and movie events, feed local veterans, sponsor the downtown trolley, youth football, and the Gig Harbor Film Festival, and have bought instruments for local schools. Every week of the year, a receipt program supports a different local organization, and local authors and artists sell their work right in the restaurant.
