A lover of Barbeque and a meat conisiusser for most of his adult life, Gary Parker has been cooking barbeque forever. A former Austonian (Texas that is) Gary and his family migrated to the Pacific Northwest as part of the tech industry, and didn't want to leave. Not finding the barbeque he was accustomed to, he decided to create the restaurant he was looking for - and the rest is history.
